How does it work?

Step 1. Use a Palm OS or PocketPC handheld PDA with your selected mobileezy application where you would normally use a written docket book (orders, quotes, invoices, deliveries etc)
Step 2. Synchronise with your desktop computer (or the one at head office) via the PDA docking station or over the telephone. All of your new data is automatically updated into the bundled mobileezy desktop application.
Step 3. If you use MYOB accounting software, Attaché, Sybiz, MYOB Retail Manager or Oracle; you can set up the mobileezy desktop application1 to automatically update your business activities into your accounting package in seconds. No more re-entering data - no more paper chases for credits or customer enquiries - everything is stored electronically (even customer signatures). Doing this allows your accounting package to automatically update your handheld PDA with stock information, pricing, payments and customer data.
If you use a different accounting package, the mobileezy Software Development Kit allows you to integrate mobileezy into your exiting software, reducing the need for new accounting software and helping to fast track your deployment. |

Replace docket books
The mobileezy suite of applications, coupled with a Palm OS or PocketPC handheld PDA, replace paper dockets totally. Quotes, orders, invoices and deliveries are completed through the mobileezy software on Palm OS or PocketPC handheld PDAs, and then synchronised with the bundled standalone mobileezy desktop application with a click of a button. No more re-keying data, no more deciphering handwriting, no more long hours reconciling!
Accounting integration
The mobileezy desktop applications integrate with MYOB, Attaché, Sybiz, MYOB Retail Manager and Oracle allowing you to synchronise your business activities directly into your accounting software! Two way information flow
Synchronisation is two way. Your customer details, payment details, pricing and stock levels are updated back into the handheld PDA from your accounting software. You and your staff can have access to the latest company information daily. Synchronisations can even be done over the phone.
